BUYER INFORMATION AND PURCHASING PROCEEDURES





Order Form



Please use THIS ORDER FORM in filling out your order, so CLICK HERE. This is a PDF Order Form that you print out (or if you can manipulate it digitally, more power to you).


Fill out the form as directed. For the plants, write the name of the plant, pot size & price (to differentiate it when there are multiple divisions of the same plant).


Attach & email your Filled in Order Form to goldcoastcymbidiumsociety@yahoo.com.


First Emailed, First Ordered. NO phone orders.


Virus Test



When you come to pick up the plants, you are Welcome to virus test the plants before you purchase.


YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MULTIPLE VIRUS TEST KITS, AND BRAND NEW SINGLE EDGE RAZOR BLADES AND GLOVES.


We will NOT have extra kits for you.



Virus Test, if Positive



If the plant you are interested in, tests positive for Orchid Viruses, then you are not obligated to purchase the plant.


It will be removed and destroyed.



Be Generous to Others



​BOXES: Please remember to bring with you, enough boxes to carry back your plant treasures (Apple boxes from the grocery store will hold about SIX 1-gallon plants).



Pick Up of Items



Anyone can order, but you Must be able to pick up your plants IN PERSON (or Authorized Others) in Pacifica, CA (south of San Francisco), by appointment.


ONLY Pre-Ordered Purchases will be given the Pick Up Address.


Remember to bring your Driver's License, or Government ID, to verify who we will be passing these plants to.


NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEM.



Payments



Payment will be collected at the time of plant pickup.


Payments are to be made in CASH, Check or by Credit Card.


If you are paying CASH, please bring exact amount due, so we do not have to make change for you.

ONLINE SALE, AFTER 4/29



There is NO access or touring of the plant greenhouse. This will be an ONLINE Orchid Sale that will run similar to our February Auction. Except that the prices are stated and you do not have to bid against one another. Basically, you request plants on the Order Form linked below that you print out, fill in, and email to us. Within 24 hours, we will email back to you if your timely request can be met, and if you will be able to buy the plant (s). Upon your successful ordering of plants, we will Then email you the pickup location, and the cost of your plants. If when you see the plants, and you are dis- satisfied with them, you can choose not to buy them.
